You may place an order by calling us at +92 320 4366639. You can also order online on our website, please follow the steps below to make your purchase:

  1. Add products to the shopping cart by clicking the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.
  2. Click on “Shopping Cart” icon in the upper right corner of our website to view your items in shopping cart.
  3. If your shopping cart looks correct, click on “Proceed to Checkout” button and follow the instructions until you confirm your order. When you see the “Order Confirmation” page with the order number, you’ll know that your order has been completed.

It will take 3 to 5 working days after confirmation of your order.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We have a plan in our pipeline. We will start our services for international customers very soon.

No! we don’t have any physical store or outlet. We are an online brand, sell only on www.gemonex.com.

Unless otherwise stated, all products listed on our website are ready to be shipped. Custom orders can take up to 20 days to ship, depending on the items ordered. Details are in the product description.

Yes! you can place your order over the phone or simply Whatsapp the product link or picture of your favorite dress. We will collect all your details over the phone call or by sending a Whatsapp message.

Gemonex is located in Lahore, Pakistan. While we do not have a physical store at the moment, we are strongly considering to open-up an outlet in the near future. Stay tuned.
